We're delighted to welcome you to the online home of our vibrant village, nestled in the picturesque county of Cumbria, in the North West of England. Greysouthen is located approximately 4 miles west of Cockermouth, on the edge of the Lake District National Park. This beautiful setting offers stunning views and access to some of the UK's most breathtaking landscapes.

The Parish Council is registered with the Information Commissioners Office with regard to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.

Greysouthen Parish Council serves the village of Greysouthen and outlying properties together with Nepgilll, Millbanks Court and Marron Lane and Hardeygate at Bridgefoot, a total of 456 people registered on the Register of Electors.

The Parish Council meet monthly with the exception of August and December. All meetings are held in the Village Hall in Greysouthen and start at 7.15 pm with the exception of the Annual Meeting in May which starts at 7 pm.
